Our vacuum furnace is a specialized industrial furnace used to heat metals and ceramics in a vacuum or controlled inert or reducing gas atmosphere. It achieves extremely high temperatures—up to around 2200°C—while eliminating air from the chamber. This prevents oxidation, decarburization, and other forms of contamination, ensuring clean and precise heat-treatment results.

Load capacity typically ranges from 50 to 1000 kgs based on model
Optional features include oil-free pumping, dew point monitoring, gas backfilling, partial pressure control, and remote or Industry 4.0 monitoring.
Advantages

Lower Operating Costs
Continuous single-cycle debinding cum sintering and an energy-efficient heating chamber significantly reduce power consumption and overall processing costs.

High Thermal Efficiency and Uniformity
Excellent high-temperature characteristics and precise hot zone engineering ensure uniform temperature distribution and consistent heating quality across every load.

Robust and Reliable Chamber Design
A compact, durable chamber structure supports stable, long-term operation with minimized maintenance requirements.

High Productivity through Forced Gas Cooling
Integrated forced gas cooling with high-speed circulation accelerates cooling cycles, enabling higher throughput and improved production efficiency.

Partial Pressure Control for Sensitive Materials
Precise control of partial pressure using Ar or N₂ allows processing of materials containing high-vapour-pressure elements, preventing oxidation and surface degradation.

Advanced Forced Cooling System
An integrated heat exchanger combined with high-speed inert gas flow supports rapid, controlled cooling suitable for stringent metallurgical requirements.

Reduced Maintenance and Longer Hot Zone Life
Anti-deformation and wear-resistant design of the hot zone minimizes maintenance and extends service intervals.

Fully Automated Operation
PLC-based program control enables completely automated furnace cycles, reducing operator dependency and ensuring repeatable quality.
