Vacuum Heat Treatment

Hightemp Vacaero (HTVA) is a Joint Venture between Vac Aero International, Canada and Hightemp Furnaces Limited. This state-of-the-art facility, located on the outskirts of Bangalore at Nelamangala offers quality Vacuum Heat Treatment services.

While we offer Commercial Heat Treatment services, we also build Vacuum Furnaces. Our Bangalore plant offers Nitrogen / Argon gas quench with precise programme controls for Vacuum, temperature and atmosphere. What’s more, this manufacturing facility is also supported by a well equipped laboratory to meet Aerospace standards.

Adherence to international quality norms has earned HTVA the ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 certifications and concerted efforts are in progress to obtain the NADCAP certification.
