• 1970 - Established – Manufacturing Laboratory Ovens and Furnaces  
• 1979 - Commenced Commercial Production (Furnace Building in Bangalore)
• 1986 - Technical collaboration with Tokyo Heat treatment (DOWA)  
• 1990 - Dowa Equity Stake  
• 1992 - Started Commercial Heat treatment in Bangalore
• 1996 - Started Commercial Heat treatment in Pune  
• 2000 - Started Commercial Heat treatment in Gurgaon
• 2004 - Started Commercial Heat treatment in Chennai
• 2005 – Technical collaboration with IQ Technologies Inc
• 2006 - Technical collaboration with Pyromaitre & TTI Services
• 2007 - Technical collaboration with Vac Aero International Inc  
• 2008 - Technical collaboration with Applied Process Inc
  Technical collaboration with lndian Institute of Science for Power Generation through Biomass Gasification
• 2010 - Technical collaboration with AFC-Holcroft, USA for Controlled  Atmosphere Aluminium Brazing furnace
